We got a glimpse of Scarlet Nexus when the game was first announced at Inside Xbox last month. Today, we get to learn a lot more about it. There’s a big focus on psychic abilities in Scarlet Nexus. The game’s protagonist has a talent in psycho-kinesis, and he’s part of an organisation - Others Suppression Force - that trains elite psionics. Today’s trailer offers a decent chunk of gameplay showing some of those abilities at work. The hero is able to manipulate his environment and use most objects as a weapon. He also has access to a katana, which he can control even without holding it. The footage kicks off by showing the game’s animation style, and some of the grotesque monster designs you’ll come across. It all looks pretty neat, and you can watch it below, courtesy of IGN.
